From ages 16-20 I trained as a professional dancer at a theatre school in London. My training was intensive (8 hours a day) in the styles of Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary dance, Latin dance, Commercial dance (Hiphop/Street). I continued after this to certify in Pilates mat & Studio equipment at a well known studio in London. I spent 6 months in India studying Yoga & meditation & then did my Yoga teacher training. I completed a six month course on Yoga & the spine & spent a year studying Osteopathic medicine where I was able to deepen my understanding of anatomy, physiology, the nervous system, injuries, rehabilitation & the human body in general. I teach Pilates Mat, Machines, Yoga, Yoga-lates, Stretch, Barre, Aerial Yoga, Aerial Pilates, Aerial hoop & Dance. My passion is movement & helping others to feel their best in their bodies.

Hi, I'm Chagit. Blessed to have found a career that is also my hobby, I am unwaveringly committed to the art of connection, to peeling back layers, decoding patterns, and experiencing the depth of all life has to offer. With a background in psychology, my love of movement and self-expression uncovered a place to call home when I switched gears and pursued yoga and alternative healing in 2013. I have since acquired over 700 hours of formal training in various yoga styles and have been a certified yoga therapist (IAYT300) since 2015. In 2017 I became a certified pilates teacher through our studio, and I have since been teaching mat and reformer classes. I also offer barre classes at Inspire, which combine my love of dance and the deep burn that accompanies an amazing workout. My personal movement philosophy seeks to draw out a playful and exploratory spirit while facilitating an appreciation for the human body and its unique language and capacities. At the heart of my practice is the desire to create space for all parts of the self to be seen and expressed with unapologetic authenticity. I am a lover of music, heartbeats, breath-sounds, travel, super sweaty movement sessions, and liberal bouts of contagious laughter.

Hey, I'm Yair, Jerusalem born and raised. A movement and  fitness trainer, and dance instructor. I speak fluent Hebrew,  English and Spanish.

I have been practicing and competing in diffrent branches of sports and movment since childhood. from Footbal to Tennis to Track and field, training and competing was my middle-high school carreer. during my highschool years I majored in physical education and did a one year long physical trainers course.
After reciving my certificate, I started working as a coach in Gyms, which soon enough I found was'nt my cup of tea.
When time came, I decided to give up my dream as a proffesional athlete and decided to trial for the IDF elite forces. I passed the test and I served as a Combat medic and fighter.
One month before finishing my service I injured my knee and was operated, after having the same injury and surgery in highschool.
After my service I've taken a year off and traveled to south america for  10 months. There I fell Inlove with dancing,  which I've been  practicing and teaching since.
My knee was always a trouble, but around a year after the last surgery- my knee (and my whole body accordingly) was starting to hurt more and more,
Two additonal tears were showing on the tests.

That was my braking point. from being an elite athlete, I had trouble going down the stairs, standing for more than 20 minutes, the basic stuff. The doctors and physiotherapist were doing what they could, but nothing helped.

Than I decided something needs to change. I've started searching for more subtle therapy and training methods. I started realizing how badly I was treating my body.
during my search I went for a class at Richards Orbach's pilates studio, and after only 2 trainings I realized my knee was not hurting. I decided at that moment to emark on a pilates Journey. I started learning and practicing, and finished the full course of mat and machines.

During the course I found that things were changing, not only in my knee, but in my whole body, in my aproach for exersising, in my understanding.

I invite you to join to train in a different and fun way.
With your body, and not against it

Already excited to see the changes,

Yair
