I'm Katie & I'm the owner of Inspire Studio. Originally from London, I made Aliyah in 2012 & opened Inspire studio, the first English speaking Pilates studio in Jerusalem. My goal was to create a space for people of all ages, sizes & abilities to come & exercise in a supportive & caring atmosphere. From ages 16-20 I trained as a professional dancer at a theatre school in London. My training was intensive (8 hours a day) in the styles of Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary dance, Latin dance, Commercial dance (Hiphop/Street). I continued after this to certify in Pilates mat & Studio equipment at a well known studio in London. I spent 6 months in India studying Yoga & meditation & then did my Yoga teacher training. I completed a six month course on Yoga & the spine & spent a year studying Osteopathic medicine where I was able to deepen my understanding of anatomy, physiology, the nervous system, injuries, rehabilitation & the human body in general. I teach Pilates Mat, Machines, Yoga, Yoga-lates, Stretch, Barre, Aerial Yoga, Aerial Pilates, Aerial hoop & Dance. My passion is movement & helping others to feel their best in their bodies.
