Yoga Alliance Certification

One year course for women only at Inspire with Chaya Bracha Adelson & Guest teachers

  • Are you ready to grow as a person and a teacher while developing a deeper relationship to the practice and principles of yoga both on and off your mat?

  • Are you ready to work IN your body rather than ON your body?

  • Are you looking for a teacher training program that facilitates a synergetic learning environment and seeks to support your unique learning & teaching style, rather than asking you to conform to theirs?

If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, the 200-hour Teacher Training (women only) with Chaya Bracha and Guest Teachers could be the perfect fit for you. This unique offering at Inspire Studio is a year long experience where you can learn, grow and thrive under the guidance of an experienced yoga teacher and in the good company of other sincere practitioners and teachers.

200 hours, a lifetime of benefits. Embark on an inner journey of self discovery, strengthen your personal yoga practice and learn the skills to teach yoga and transform the lives of others. Earn a 200-Hour Yoga Certification recognized by Yoga Alliance. We provide an accessible approach to learning paired with practical hands on experience to drive accelerated results. Whether you decide to actually teach yoga or not, we are all lifelong teachers. Cultivating these life skills and observing the many other life lessons of yoga will heavily influence you off the mat, changing how you navigate situations, think, interact and connect with the world around you.  Join the energy of our growing family of teachers, a national community that feels like home. Learn to live your greatest life and help your students and those around you do the same.  Our foundational training (200–hour) program is ideal for serious students of yoga, aspiring yoga teachers, and teachers with varying levels of experience. Students with injuries and health issues are also encouraged to attend. Our curriculum combines detailed alignment and intelligent sequencing with vinyasa theory, and provides you with sound knowledge and skills to teach safe and effective yoga classes.
