Pilates is a safe and popular way of toning and strengthening the whole body. The focus is on toning the core and strengthening the back muscles. Exercises are designed to improve the posture and bring balance to the whole body. Pilates is good for joint and bone health. Mat classes are suitable for all levels and abilities. This is a good choice for pre and post natal women as well as those looking to get into shape.

Yoga allows you to increase your flexibility, balance and strength. Yoga is an ancient system which works on the nervous system & promotes relaxation & peace of mind. We offer various types & levels of Yoga classes, women only classes as well as co-ed lessons. Yoga is also suitable for during pregnancy.

PILATES MACHINE

Pilates Machine classes are a fun, popular and effective way of toning your body and improving your flexibility & strength. We offer various options for classes: Private machine classes, Semi private classes (2 people in class),

Pilates Reformer lessons (3 people in class) & several weekly larger group classes (up to 9 people).

Meditation classes offer the opportunity to turn inwards and can be a very effective way to deal with stress, to work on personal goals and to find a deeper connection to the self. We have a new Meditation course starting soon on Tuesdays at 5.30pm - Email or call us for more information.

Aerial fitness is becoming increasingly popular as a fun and challenging way to strengthen & tone your body. We offer Aerial Yoga & Pilates classes as well as hoop, silks & trapeze. Aerial Pilates is suitable for all ages and levels whereas the hoop/trapeze & silks require more control and a higher level of fitness.

We offer Private lessons in Ballroom, Latin dance & more. Choose from Foxtrot, Waltz, Salsa, Rumba, Kizomba, Cha-cha, West coast swing, Hiphop, Ballet, Jazz or Modern dance. Option to learn with a partner. Classes are taught by Yoni Elbaz, Geena Cohen and Katie Elisheva.

BARRE FUSION CLASSES

Barre classes are a great way to tone your legs, thighs and hips, improve your stamina & generally improve your fitness level. The class is divided into 2 sections - 30mins of mat-work (combining Yoga flow, Pilates toning exercises & stretches) & 30mins on the Ballet Barre performing simple ballet style exercises designed to tone the legs and hips. The class is set to upbeat music. No dance experience is needed. Guaranteed to reshape your legs!

MOTHERS & BABIES CLASS

Mothers and babies class is for mothers 6 weeks after birth and for babies up to 18 months. The class is a mix of Mat Pilates and Yoga and focuses on improving the posture post birth. We work on strengthening the pelvic floor and stomach muscles. The babies are free to sleep, watch, play and join in! For more info text Katie Elisheva 0523585126.
