Pilates Machine Classes
Working with Pilates machines is an enjoyable way to build overall body strength in a short period of time. The machines offer a great way to build strength and stability in the core, back, chest, shoulders and legs. Exercises are performed working against resistance (Pilates springs) and the level of resistance can be adjusted to suit each client. You will learn how to adjust the resistance to suit your own fitness level and can gradually increase the load as you get stronger. The variety of exercises that can be performed on the machines is endless. In each class, you will learn new exercises to challenge your coordination and ability. Each student can work at their own pace and level with the guidance of the teacher. Classes are taught by Katie, Chagit and Elyse in English.
At the studio we have 2 types of Pilates machines - Springboards and Reformers (see video below).
