Our resident physical therapist Shira Reinhard is available to help with your aches, pains and injuries. Shira is both an experienced physical therapist and a pilates mat and machine instructor. Shira is passionate about her work and is available for appointments Sunday-Friday. She speaks Hebrew and English and can help with all kinds of injuries ranging from back aches to knee/shoulder/hip injuries or general aches and pains. If your injury is severe and you cannot leave home, Shira is available to come to you.
Chiropracy
Our resident chiropractor Tyron Waters is available to help with your neck and spine problems. Tyron, originally from south Africa made aliyah 3 years ago. He offers various treatments to help with neck and shoulder injuries including:
-Dry needling
-Massage
-Manual therapy
-Chiropractic adjustments
-Exercise rehabilitation
If your injury is severe and you cannot leave home, Tyron is available to come to you.
