Upper back, neck and shoulder pain is often a result of poor posture coupled with mental and emotional tension and a feeling of needing to carry the "weight of the world" on your shoulders. In this workshop, we will work on cultivating a yoga practice designed to help open the chest and release chronic tightness in the neck and shoulder blade area. We will also explore yoga philosophy as a means towards dealing with stress and trauma so that we can navigate tough times with more ease in both mind and body. You will leave taller, freer and with tools you can use at home!
