Barre classes are a great way to tone your legs, thighs and hips, improve your stamina and generally up your fitness levels. The class is divided into two 30 minute sections. First you will be taken through a mat-work warm up (combining Yoga flow, Pilates toning exercises and stretches). The second half of the class moves onto the Barre where the focus is on toning the legs and hips. The Barre is used as a prop to balance while doing simple repetitive Ballet inspired exercises. The class is set to upbeat music and is a good cardio workout. No dance experience is needed. Guaranteed to reshape your legs and hips.
