Yoga classes

We offer various styles of Yoga at the studio including well known styles such as Vinyasa and Iyengar Yoga. We also offer a Yoga Pilates fusion class for those looking to blend the two different styles. Some of our Yoga classes are in Hebrew and some in English. Some are ladies only and others are co-ed. Read about the different style of Yoga and see the Yoga schedule below. If you need help choosing your first class, give us a call. If you have never done Yoga before and want to start with a few Private or semi private classes we can set you up with an introduction to yoga session with a teacher from the studio.
